Our standard hours are 8:30am – 5:30pm CST. Please see more information in our handbook under the “Employee Relationship” section.
- Do you require cameras for Zoom meetings?
So we can make interactions more personal, we ask that TapGods have webcams on for all meetings, whenever possible.
- How strong does my internet need to be?
Internet must be stable and have a good enough connection for live video chats.
- How do I schedule out of office time?
To schedule out of office time, all employees should:
- Notify their manager
- Enter it into Zenefits using the Time Off portal
- Create an automatic reply for emails in Outlook
- Set a status message in Teams – see video tutorial here.
- Check what other policies your manager may have for your specific department
IT & Equipment
- Do you offer equipment?
At this time TapGoods would prefer you use your own laptop. If you are unable or do not have one, TapGoods will purchase one for you that will need to be returned at the end of employment. We will provide one monitor and a keyboard/mouse if requested.

Pay & Benefits
- When do I get paid?
Salaried employees get paid on the 15th and last day of the month.
- What is your benefits package?

At this time TapGoods does not provide a laptop to contractors. Please be prepared for your first day with an adequate laptop of your own. TapGoods will provide one monitor and a keyboard/mouse if requested.

Payment Information
- When do I get paid?
Contractors are paid every other Monday for the prior two weeks. If a Monday falls on a holiday, contractors will be paid Tuesday. The expectation is that pay will be in their bank accounts by Wednesday. Contractors will get paid via direct ACH or wire transfer.
- How many hours a week am I allowed to work?
Contractors are permitted to work 40 hours in a week. Any hours over 40 in one week must be approved by his/her manager. Contractors will get paid at their hourly rate for all hours.
- Can I edit my timesheet?
